We have participated in two of the main university events aimed at technical profiles, with the goal of connecting with young talent and promoting professional opportunities in engineering and technology.
As part of its ongoing commitment to talent development and engagement with new generations of professionals, SII Group Spain, through its West Agency, took part in two prominent university career fairs: the 7th edition of the Aeroempleo Fair – ETSIAE, held in Madrid, and the ESIEM Fair – Engineering and Employment Meeting, organized by the Higher Technical School of Engineering at the University of Seville.
At the Aeroempleo Fair, held at the Higher Technical School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering (ETSIAE), Beatriz Prieto and Nadia Sáez from the SII Group Spain Recruitment team shared the company’s technological vision with students and recent graduates, as well as professional opportunities available in sectors such as aerospace, technology, and innovation consulting.
According to Nadia Sáez, “It was an inspiring day where we had the chance to speak with highly qualified technical profiles committed to the future of engineering.” The event also allowed for exchanging ideas and gaining first-hand insight into the expectations and concerns of emerging talent.
Simultaneously, in Seville, David Guadamillas and Adolfo Mena represented SII Group Spain at the ESIEM Fair, a multidisciplinary space that brought together students from various branches of engineering: aerospace, industrial, telecommunications, chemistry, computer science, and mathematics. The team conveyed the company’s commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and participation in cutting-edge projects at national and international levels.
