SII Group Spain actively participated in the Diada de les TIC 2024, a flagship event in the Catalan technology sector, held on November 13-14 at the Torre Telefónica in Barcelona. Organized by GrausTIC, the event brought together over 700 professionals and technology experts and featured more than 20 panel discussions, conferences, and activities focused on analyzing the challenges and opportunities of digitalization and technological sustainability.
Our participation was highlighted by two key interventions. Andrea Castillo, HR Manager at SII Group Spain, took part in the “Impact on the Job Market and Talent” roundtable, where she discussed the key skills the tech industry will require in the future and shared insights on how companies can attract and retain talent in an ever-evolving landscape.
Meanwhile, Sergi Amigó, Business Manager at SII Group Spain, shared his perspective on this year’s Diada de les TIC, stating:

Discussions delved into how artificial intelligence is transforming society and how organizations can adapt while addressing the growing cybersecurity challenges in an increasingly digitalized world. These debates underscored the importance of constant innovation and collaboration to anticipate future challenges.
