In honor of International Women’s Day, we organized a special event at SII Group Spain, where we had the privilege of welcoming Carmen Giménez, a distinguished Paralympic athlete and ambassador for Fundación Adecco. Carmen shared her inspiring story of resilience and dedication in a commemorative event held both in person and online.
On March 8, we hosted this event to commemorate International Women’s Day. It was an honor to have Carmen Giménez join us, as her story of strength and perseverance deeply impacted all attendees.
Under the theme “Walking is just a verb,” Carmen shared her moving journey of overcoming adversity and staying committed to her goals. Despite facing significant challenges in her life, she found in sports a powerful way to transform obstacles into opportunities. Her dedication to the inclusion of people with disabilities through sports serves as an inspiring example of how challenges can become catalysts for positive change in our society.
